Pia started studying psychology at the age of 20, and completed her dissertation and studies at 26, earning the title doctor of psychology (PsyD). The fascination of human psychology was there from her early childhood years, combined with a deeply rooted drive to work towards improving society, and speak up for social justice, equality, and environmental protection. During her school years she wrote about the subjects mentioned above on a personal online platform, in 2016 she published her first book; a novel about a young girl becoming a woman, gender roles, rape culture, feminism and freedom, and nowadays she is an active voice in social media—spreading knowledge about our shared psychology and promoting a present, conscious, loving, and thoughtful lifestyle. As a clinician, Pia has been working with inpatient and outpatient treatment in hospitals and clinics for several years, and while doing so, always taking the lead developing better services and initiating projects to improve treatment. As well as doing therapeutic work with individuals, groups and couples, leading courses and giving lectures to clients, she has a lot of experience counselling, training and educating other healthcare professionals, and from work life psychology; counselling leaders and teams to build better organisations.

Mike holds a BA in Art Direction from Westerdals Oslo ACT and in 2014 she was hired as Chief Editor and Creative Director at Oslo based ANTI, where she founded design magazine A New Type of Imprint (awarded Best Design Media 2018). Mike is an active and engaged creative: she’s a frequent international design award juror and a keynote lecturer within the fields of creative thinking and design, and is still very engaged in making young professionals feel more inspired and confident at work and in life in general. In addition to her work as a creative, Mike has always been very interested in psychology, philosophy and human connections, something that led her to study philosophy and multicultural understanding in 2010, and later dived deeper into when she became a yoga teacher in India in 2017. Today Mike is working to combine her two passions; making her creative expertise a benefit of the world.
